NarrativePros NarrativePros

Too much noise.
Too little follow‑through.

Get people to listen, understand what matters, and do what comes next.

NarrativePros helps organizations find and fix the human conditions that keep important ideas, expertise, decisions, and practices from producing the result they should.

WE HELP WITH

  • Presentation coaching for moments that matter
  • Train-the-trainer programs and leadership development
  • Pitch and keynote development
  • Slide and pitch-deck design
  • Meeting and facilitation design
  • Writing, editing, and message development
  • AI-supported coaching and practice systems

Sometimes the presentation is the problem.
Sometimes it isn't.

More often, the presentation is where a larger breakdown becomes visible.

RECOGNIZABLE PATTERNS

  • The founder can make it work, but nobody else can.
  • The experts know the material, but the audience doesn't know what matters.
  • The training happens, but behavior doesn't change.
  • The meeting creates discussion but not a decision.
  • The rollout is technically complete, but adoption stalls.
  • The process depends on a few exceptional people.
  • People keep trying to solve the same communication problem repeatedly.
WHERE VALUE IS LOST BETWEEN INTENTION AND ACTION Said Heard Understood Remembered Used TOO MUCHINFORMATION UNCLEAR POINTWEAK RELEVANCE LOST TRUSTNO REINFORCEMENT NO CLEARNEXT STEP Each handoff is a place where value can be lost. We find the ones that matter and improve them.

We begin by defining what is supposed to happen — and finding where reality diverges.

01

Find

What needs to happen? Who needs to listen, understand, decide, buy, use, change, or follow through?

What happens instead? Where does the breakdown begin?

02

Remove

Reduce what makes success less likely.

Unnecessary information · confusing structure · competing messages · distracting delivery · weak preparation · unclear responsibility · wasted effort · missing feedback

03

Strengthen

Identify what is already helping — then make those strengths more deliberate and repeatable.

Useful expertise · strong relationships · existing trust · clear explanations · effective stories · good instincts · credible evidence · productive habits

04

Add

Only then add what is missing.

Most engagements need less added than people expect.

Coaching · rewriting · rehearsal · facilitated peer feedback · training · a redesigned meeting · a measurement system · AI-supported practice · ongoing support

You bring us the problem. Diagnosing the right intervention is part of our job.

You do not need to know whether this calls for coaching, consulting, training, a system change, or something else. We will find it together.

01

COACHING

Prepare for an important moment

We clarify the point, remove preventable distractions, prepare for resistance, and rehearse under realistic pressure.

Get in touch →

A presentation, pitch, board meeting, sales conversation, difficult discussion, keynote, or public appearance needs to work.

02

CONSULTING

Find what keeps breaking down

We examine the people, information, tools, relationships, and processes involved, identify where the intended value is being lost, and change the conditions causing it.

Meetings go nowhere. A rollout is ignored. People keep misunderstanding the same issue. A tool creates more work. Responsibility remains unclear.

03

TRAINING AND EXPERTISE DEVELOPMENT

Make expert performance repeatable

The work succeeds when one exceptional person is present — but quality drops when anyone else tries to deliver it.

We identify what makes the expertise work, then build the practice, feedback, measurement, and support that let more people apply it well.

The right expertise for the problem.

Sometimes the answer is better writing. Sometimes it is a clearer visual. Sometimes people need practice. Sometimes none of those is the real problem. NarrativePros diagnoses which, then brings in the capability that matters.

Practice and feedback

AI-supported coaching, rehearsal, practice simulation, and performance feedback.

Use when people need repeatable opportunities to practice and improve.

Your organization should not depend on one exceptional person.

  • Your platform works when its creator explains it.
  • Your program works when its founder leads it.
  • Your best process depends on the judgment of a few experienced people.

That may prove the value of the work. It also limits how far the work can travel.

We identify what makes the expertise work, then build the practice, feedback, measurement, and support that let more people apply it well.

The goal is not to create copies of the expert. It is to preserve the judgment, adaptability, standards, and human connection that make the expertise valuable — without reducing it to a script or a pale imitation.

WE HELP ORGANIZATIONS

  • Identify what expert performers notice, decide, and do
  • Find where judgment is lost
  • Create realistic practice based on situations people actually face
  • Provide useful peer, expert, coach, and AI-supported feedback
  • Measure improvement in observable performance
  • Help leaders reinforce the standard

Define good work. Practice it. Review it. Measure it. Make it part of how the organization works.

What this looks like in practice.

Fundraising speakers sounded scripted when they needed to move a room

A STATEWIDE NONPROFIT · COACHING

WHAT NEEDED TO HAPPEN

Leaders and front-line staff had to deliver benefit-event remarks strong enough to move a room to give.

WHERE IT WAS BREAKING DOWN

Presenters read fully written scripts that flattened their natural delivery. Panelists knew the work but were well outside their comfort zone on a stage.

WHAT WE CHANGED

Scripts became talking points. We coached staging, gesture, and breathing, built openings that pull an audience in, and gave panelists a practice partner for timing and tone before dress rehearsal.

EVIDENCE OF VALUE

The organization has brought us back for repeat engagements.

A research center could not explain work that worked

A UNIVERSITY RESEARCH CENTER · CONSULTING & TRAINING

WHAT NEEDED TO HAPPEN

Researchers had to explain complex work clearly and persuasively to funders, collaborators, reviewers, and people outside their disciplines.

WHERE IT WAS BREAKING DOWN

Technical expertise did not automatically produce audience understanding, useful feedback, or consistent quality. Each researcher had to find the answer alone.

WHAT WE CHANGED

We helped create an ongoing system of instruction, practice, peer feedback, expert coaching, and leadership reinforcement that made presentation quality repeatable.

EVIDENCE OF VALUE

The work became a sustained multi-year program.

Technical experts were burying the point

A MAJOR GLOBAL INDUSTRY CONFERENCE · COACHING

WHAT NEEDED TO HAPPEN

Analysts, engineers, and executives — many presenting in a second language — had to hold a senior global audience in rooms mixing deep specialists with generalists.

WHERE IT WAS BREAKING DOWN

Capable presenters arrived with dense, data-heavy decks and no single clear takeaway.

WHAT WE CHANGED

A repeatable method: storyboard each talk to one takeaway and three supports, one idea per slide, lean decks — then rehearse with native-language run-throughs and prepare for live Q&A.

EVIDENCE OF VALUE

The conference has invited us back across multiple years.

AI made it easier to produce more. It did not make more worth producing.

Organizations can now create more words, slides, summaries, recommendations, and training than people can absorb. NarrativePros uses AI where it helps people practice, think, decide, learn, or improve. We leave it out where it does not.

The technology supports the system. It is not the system.

What gets better.

People know what matters.

Experts transfer what they know.

Meetings produce decisions.

Training changes behavior.

Strong work doesn't depend on one exceptional person.

Important ideas survive the trip from intention to action.

What is supposed to happen — and what happens instead?

Tell us what people need to understand or do, what keeps going wrong, when it matters, and who is involved.

Whether this calls for coaching, consulting, training, a system change, or something simpler is our problem to solve. You do not need to diagnose it first.
